Peggy - I don't see Peggy as being a cineast quite like Don, but I don't see her as uninterested either. She probably does go to the movies quite frequently, but she uses it as a way to see what people want/the cultural touchstones of the times more than as a form of entertainment.  

Sansa - Sansa's fondness for music died after hearing Marillion in the sky cells. She isn't repulsed by it, but it has terrible associations for a long time after.

To think that I almost didn’t vote out of laziness!  But I haven’t been paying proper attention for a while now (too immersed in escapist fantasies, running away from any serious concerns in all areas of my life) and now the whole depressing state of affairs has sneaked up on me, and I just want to stick my head into the sand again. 

This may sound very silly, but Conchita’s victory at the Song Contest really gave me a bit of hope for a hot second - some vague, feel-good, hippy-dippy sense of a general possiblity of change. But of course, at the end of the day “it’s the economy, stupid” - bloody austerity measures, too austere for some, and not austere enough for others (solidarity? what solidarity?) and too many people circling the wagons when they feel their treasured certainties threatened by conflicting ideas, voiced with increasing confidence. I shouldn’t have been as surprised as I was.

oooh yes, lovely, and very peggy. god i love modcloth but it's soooo expensive. i'm wearing the one dress i bought from there (and never actually wore) to my cousin's wedding in a few weeks

It can be rather hit or miss too, when it comes to quality (though I've had good luck). I always get compliments when I wear something from there though.
