While bored at work, because it's a holiday and there's not a lot to do: who of the Bad Batch would be good at what in this sub restaurant?
Hunter would probably be a first assistant manager or even a General manager and would be well liked by the customers, mostly the fact that most of our customers are military. And most of the girls would be crushing on him. He would most likely be really good all around, with taking orders, making subs, the grill, register, catering, but I don't think he would understand baking and be confused. Overall: everyone likes him and a good manager.
Echo would probably be a shift manager. He can work the grill and register very well and handle the catering just a well. He also gets along with the customers. Everything gets done on his shift and makes sure the place is practical spotless. Very hard working and despite being strict on his shift, the crew would still find him enjoyable to be around because he works with them and gets to know them. They all see him as a big brother. He probably has a better understanding of baking than Hunter but doesn't go near it if he can help it.
Wrecker is the caterer and is very good at prospecting (looking for more business customers). Very people friendly and jolly and some people and the crew like him and others are put off by his behavior (they think it's too much). But he is good at his job. If he doesn't have catering for some reason, he's taking orders or on register and is talking people up to buying more food. He stays away from the bakery like his life depends on it.
Crosshair would be the baker purely to not talk to people and to leave work by 2 p.m. He's friendly enough to the crew but not to customers, so he's always on the grill during lunch and he is the grill master. Very quick with baking and rarely messes up on grilling. If he's bored, he's back in the bakery scrubbing pans. And that's how his hand ends up hurting. The Bakers Carpel Tunnel. If someone is especially bothering him he "threatens" not to show up the next morning for baking, making the others nervous.
Tech would probably be a shift manager and the residential mechanic/tech support/problem solving guy that saves the store money. He would be making subs mostly, grills occasionally, can take catering orders when Wrecker isn't there, and has a good relationship with the customers and crew, with some finding him a bit odd, but they like him. His main goal is to make to oven stop squeaking and has been unsuccessful, but he keeps trying. He also knows how to bake and can do it just as well as Crosshair, but he rather not because of how... messy it is. It's a different sort of messy than what the process of making subs is. Mostly to do with texture and noises.
