What's the nicest thing a stranger ever did for you?

When I was second grade, I got really sick with ammonia or Pneumonia (I can't remember what) and I was out school for like, a month or two maybe (long enough that they didn't put a picture in the yearbook).

My whole class made me cards that I wish I had been old enough to put up.
