I apparently read a lot this year.

I've spent the last three days going through my AO3 history for the entire year, putting all fics I completely read into a excel document because I'm weird and started obsessing over those details for whatever reason.

According to AO3 and my memory, I read 684 fics to completion this year (or until most-recent chapter). I know I'm missing quite a few fics since I mostly read on FFN until May, but I did manage to remember some of them because they made such an impact. Those fics were spread across 19 fandoms, and my top 5 were LITG, Criminal Minds, Twilight (I can't even explain this one), Harry Potter and Grey's Anatomy.

They also came to a total of 9,704,416 words. I was kinda kicking myself because I barely read any original books this year, but at a total of 9 million words, I read about 100 novels (based on the average novel length of 90k words).

That's pretty fucking amazing if you ask me... I might have to do this next year.

Just saw an old video on Youtube and found these statistics:

Nico Rosberg drove for Williams from 2006 - 2009 (so 4 years) before joining Mercedes.

Valtteri Bottas drove for Williams from 2013 - 2016 (so 4 years) before joining Mercedes.

Hope that doesn’t mean George has to drive 3 more years with Williams before he can join Mercedes...
