i've been lost in these weird emotions and its like one moment i am so happy and the next moment i am completely sad. idk whats up with me and why i have been feeling this way lately. maybe cause of a certain change i am going through ...but i am seriously hating the fact that one second i am so happy and the next i am not. its so odd... it seems to occur when i get all excited over one thing and things can be going well but it changes in a blink of an eye. i don't get why i set myself up with such high expectations for things i think if i lower them i wouldn't be so disappointed or upset how things end up. i guess i need to fight my emotions and think less of the outcomes instead of thinking more...its one of those i wish things were how they use to but i know it can never be that way anymore.
