So I opened my Goodreads account again today and found out that I linked a different tumblr account on my profile. I couldn’t remember that I still have an active tumblr account aside from this. So I opened it and to my surprise, I found some old instagram photos that I already deleted in my account. I enjoyed scrolling back to the photos and had feelings of regret for deleting it. I asked myself, “What was I thinking?” I was so confident back then because I always keep my pictures in my hard drive. When it got stolen, a part of me was gone. Seeing these old photos made me really happy. Felt like walking down on memory lane.

This photo was probably taken 4 years ago during New Years Eve at our dormitory in Pasay City. (2014) 

I was watching the fireworks from my window with my best friend, Anin. We were obviously in awe because we didn’t have fireworks in Davao anymore.

Been through thick and thin with this woman. I’ve seen her cry, fall, laugh and stand up again and again and again. This picture may be ordinary for some, but this photo is our biggest breaking point this year. I’m very proud of us. 💛

Random Photo Post #1:

There are three things that I miss from this picture.

Firstly, my long healthy hair. This must have been the only time that I had a hair this long. I remember having a hard time tying it into a bun and I kept on complaining about it but I was too lazy to get a haircut, so I just left it as is. Now looking at it, being lazy wasn’t too bad that time.. I guess?

Secondly, the company of my best friends. I have a lot of best friends, actually I have six. I remember my cousins laughing at me because the word “best” would not make sense if I have six of it. But I honestly don’t care, I am just really lucky to have six awesome people that I can consider a family. I love them so much and.. I don’t know, I guess it make sense to me.

Lastly, this night. This was Anin’s (middle) last night and was the first time (hopefully not the last) the three of us went together on a night out. It was fun. We were so happy. Snapchat reminded me two nights ago about this night. Snapchat has this feature now where they replay moments from previous years about what happened on the same day. It’s cute actually. The video I posted that night was the three of us drunk and singing to Ne-yo’s “Because of you”. It’s the moment like this that make me want to come back to time so I could experience it again.
