“HA! I found a weak spot on you, didn’t I?”

Flustered, Kageyama tries to break up from the little cuddle ball the three had made in the center of the couch; but the press of Shirabu’s chest against his back pushes him inward.

“N-no, Eita-san,” Kageyama murmurs, but Semi continues to run his long fingers softly over the sensitive skin over Kageyama’s ribcage; and it’s not helping that Shirabu was pressing gentle kisses over the crook of his neck. Kageyama’s blush covered his entire face. “The–The movie–we’ll miss it–”

Shirabu smiles; Kageyama can feel it on his shoulder. “Nah, we’re not missing anything, are we, Eita?” he asks.

Semi pulls Kageyama closer to him, the younger one’s face pressed against Semi’s chest. “Of course not,” Semi murmurs, before proceeding to tickle Kageyama mercilessly.

The tinkling laughter that comes out of Kageyama’s mouth makes Semi and Shirabu’s hearts skip beats.

“You’re like, five feet tall. How you gonna reach me, shortie?”

Giant comforter swung over your shoulders like a cape, you looked even smaller swamped by its size. Kuroo was sitting on top of the kitchen counter, holding up the box of cookies over his head. You just wanted to stay in bed and get on with the little series marathon you were doing with the boys, but Kuroo insisted to make it harder for you.

“Well, you can always beg for it,” Kuroo says with a sly grin. 

You shake your head. You’re not really in the mood for this today, not when you stood up midway through an episode for the damn cookies. “No, I’m getting those myself,” you say.

“Oho? How will you?”

You chuckle before suddenly, Kuroo watches you float up in mid-air. It takes him a moment to recover from the shock; a moment you use to grab the box of cookies from his hands and press a kiss on his lips.

A second pair of lips press against his, and it’s at that moment that Kuroo realizes Matsukawa had been hiding in that damn comforter the entire time. You high-five Mattsun as the three of you trudge back to the bedroom to resume the marathon.

After some dejected silence, Kuroo sighs. “That’s not fair,” he says with a pout.

Matsukawa grins. “Nothing’s fair, babe.”

Matsukawa raises an eyebrow when Kuroo stands up to leave. It’s not like Kuroo had to stay–after all, the three of you weren’t dating-dating yet, just more like testing the waters–and this little cramped corner at the bar where the music echoed wasn’t really the best place to be in.

But Kuroo didn’t really act uninterested all night, and to suddenly up and go–

But then you feel Kuroo’s arms tug you at the waist; you stand up in response, pressing your chest against Kuroo’s, feeling Matsukawa embrace you from behind.

“I’m not leaving,” Kuroo whispers. “Just wanted to get you both up to set the mood.”

“Mhm? This mood?” you ask teasingly, raising your knee to drag in between his legs. 

“Yes, and I–wanted to ask,” (Tetsurou’s voice dips, a low sultry tone that sends a shiver up your spine), “if you’re both copper and tellurium? Because you–”

“OH NO, STOP!”

The grin he has on his face when you pull back lets you know he still thinks it was worth it. You stumble back into Matsukawa’s apartment, and on the joke-filled way back you decide maybe you’d be fine with dating these nerds.
