I'm re-reading the first Kyoshi novel and I love her so much . Everyone drolls over tall women everywhere because they intrinsically look so powerful, meanwhile there's pre-avatarhood Kyoshi and her 6'5" hitting her head in door frames, crying because there's no shoes that fit her feet and saying things like

"why resort to violence when I have strong heroes like you to protect me"

to her 5'9" future girlfriend.
