I'm really curious on who this mysterious swordsman could be.
i was going to wait until we've seen more of them but I noticed a few things and I need to write them down. I'm gambling like a 50/50 chance of this guess being right. If I'm wrong well hey im wrong. (Sorry if there are any typos or errors, I wrote/edited half of this on train)
The ink machine needs 5 items to be activated. Each artifact was taken by one of 5 celestials.
Our main cast has five characters. Based on this each of the gang will claim or find one item from the ink machine. Who gets what doesn't really matter at the moment.
What's making me curious is the 6th member of the cast. The mystery toon. (Unless you're counting pebble then 7th). This character is baffling to me because they are the only character teased to be a part of the cast yet has no character card and have special tag on the pages they're in.
Lets start with what was shown in the story. They arrive moments after the Cup bros and B-bros leave. They kill an ink demon/bendy serchers, disappointed(?) how it's not the actual bendy.
They call mickey telling him to call of the bounty and destroys their direct connecting to the mouse.
Thier sword, is yellow the same golden glow of the celestials...and thats it. Thats all we see of this mystery toon so far. We'll get to the holiday cards but lets focus on the cannon details.
Their goals are fairly simple, they're hunting bendy. Well bendy and Boris, but Bendy is definitely the one they're after.
More importantly they have a celestial weapon. In motm the authors have made it clear any color shown has importance. Yellow or gold as I've interpreted it is the color of the celestials and their magic.
So why a sword? Remember the items of the ink machine, few of them could be used as weapons. I bet with some magical intervention a pen could become a sword.
Next the character traits themselves. The hat and cloak saldy obscure any deatils of who they are shape wise. However there are three details here that stand out to me in these initial pannels
one visible eye
One arm weilding sword
Purple text
That's odd right? Besides the yellow for celestials and excluding the mental imagery of the cup bros, We've only seen magic colored red and blue for the cup brothers. And even outside of that red and blue are used interchangeably in the mystical settings like the after life.
Not once have we seen purple used in a scene or text until them.
Purple is known to represent royalty and in some cultures spirituality along with creativity, and fittingly enough mystery. In terms of myth however, taking inspo of classic toons and rubberhose aesthetic. Purple can be seen as vain, and evil as hows its used in classic disney.
Purple has value is showing that this charcter jas some higher importance but how it relates to the world of myth celestials is what I'm still unsure of.
Now lets take a look at the holiday art made by nort and flygutzz
Theres quite a lot we can take from these photos in both design and story though its not a lot. Granted these photos are non cannon so take what i pick out with a grain of salt. To make things a little easier.

First is the character's role. Our mystery person is bringing a plate of food to the squad. Five rolls of bread to be exact. Follow up with B, Mystery is holding the camera and telling the characters to come together for a photo. These are positions held by parental/guardian figures.
If we look at our cast. No one is really a parent or a leader. The cup bros were raised by the world after kettle and I'm still unsure of the B-bros and Shelly. The main cast is young and the people they look up to/listen to have disappointed them. (We can see it clearly with shelly b-bros and the stars). Bendy leads they way but he's not really the leader. There's actually no set leader for the cast, so it's possible this character will fit the elder sibling/guide Felix did based on the old blog as seen in C as they're the ones leading the others off screen. However i find it unlikely given the story.
Now for design. As we've established this character is themed purple and rocks the color too with their gloves as seen in A and B. In C however at the very end we get a small snippet of their hair? I'm gonna say hair. Its black and sharp which granted isn't a lot BUT its the first hint we have of the toon they could be! Something outside of the ronin silhouette.
Earlier I mentioned the one arm. Now that would've been cool but as you can see this charcter is using both arms/hands int these art works. I had a few ideas rattling in my head as to why but i think it simply shows this charcter is skilled and strong. You could argue thier hands are a little slimmer but i think they're the same as the others.
Now lets circle back to the hands, specifically in Artwork B. Do you see that, the designs of the cuffs. They're a round bubble cuff style ALMOST like the typical frill some gloves have.
Now there aren't a lot female toons with gloves with cuffs like these. Minnie and daisy for example have round cuffs thier gloves. I was going worried i have to deep dive so i looked to ducktales (2017) charcters as for a clue of who it could be then i saw her.
Although they aren't gloves with frils..but rather SLEEVES
Fellow readers my theory crack or not is that this mysterious celestial sword wielding toon is MAGICA DE SPELL!
Yes her sleeve cuffs are not purple but her magic in the 2017 ducktales reboot is! And if you take a close look at her body shape in classic and reboot version her has a triangle silhouette similar to the mystery toon. Take a look at her hair in this illustration it's spikey similar to the hair in Artwork C, right?
And as for the STORY it fit her character really well.
Besides apprentice mickey she's the only other classic disney toon with magic tied to her character. In the 2017 reboot we can see it's a part her life her (besides revenge on scrooge mcduck). Magica is not one to give up she's tricky and obsessed with power in both shows, that obsession could easily flow into her character here.
Here's how i see it. Magic De Spell is an OLD toon she was there before and after the golden age. When magic disappeared from the inkwell she's been determined to get hers back. She knows the celestials and probably knows the most about the ink machine granted she isn't crazy. Bendy is the only one who can see the map, the only one to find the machine and their parts she needs him alive to get power back.

Thats my theory I've been thinking about for the last few hours.
I think it's pretty good but every theory has cracks. The only part that doesn't fit this picture is that The bounty hunter, is trying to kill bendy. To me they were disappointed the bendy searcher wasn't the real bendy. Why kill the only guy that can see the map? Unless they can see the map?
I'd love to hear what anyone else thinks. Agree or Disagree idk, I just need to see more theories.

So to start off animation and fights were awesome!! The finnal battle especially had me at the edge of my seat for some moments. And while there was little to no geode, I was overwhelmed by PIXANE!!!

Overall 10/10 season
As sad as the scene was with Arin finding his parents' tombstones, I knew something was up. Like that was too convenient. I'm officially part of the 'the merge was natural/always planned theory' because why do you need Icons from god to either reverse time or undo world warping changes?
I need more time to think and look at the facts but right now thats where my feelings are.
The storytelling and character arcs were handled. I really like how Arin didn't do a full 180 or completely resent the ninja, aka his FAMILY. He's changed but still holds his empathatic values, and I love that!
