“Coral isn’t a bad mom, she’s just protective!” I’m sorry but I’m genuinely worried if you consider

- Neglecting 40+ sons for the majority of their childhoods

- Neglecting even the daughter she was oh so protective of and completely ignoring the obvious signs said daughter was being groomed by her instructor

- Exposing Anemone to bad behaviors (openly flirting with Whirlpool while thinking Gill was still alive and a prisoner of war, killing servants in fits of rage, dragging her along to see dead bodies)

- Threatening to take away her freedom of speech when she tried expressing her discomfort (muzzling her)

- Threatening to kill her long lost daughter if her last egg died

- Imprisoning Tsunami (and her sibling figures/friends twice)

- Letting Anemone be used as a weapon of war despite knowing the rumors and mental risks

okay and/or simply “protective” behavior. Yes she is trying to improve and acknowledge all her children more, but for the majority of their childhoods her kids have known her as overbearing, neglectful, and controlling (or just absent in general). That’s just about it. She wasn’t protective, she was controlling.

Here we are again with the Mike Holmes hate, now that Jake Parker has shown some teasers for his Winglet graphic novels…

I saw someone say to the teasers “And people will still say Mike Holmes is better.. shiteaters” Excuse me, people are allowed to have their opinions, just because people find Parker’s style distasteful does not warrant them being classified as “shiteaters.” In my damn opinion Jake Parker glazers are ten times more entitled than Mike Holmes glazers, where I’ve seen much more genuine criticism towards Jake Parker, I’ve seen HATRED, INSULTS, SLANDER towards Mike Holmes. “His proportions always look off” versus “Disgusting fungal growths for talons” type difference.

Oh but when I finally have something more harsh to say, saying I really did not want to see him come back to make more graphic novels, suddenly everybody is saying “you’ll live” or “oh that’s so rude..” BUT SILENCE WHEN THE GLAZERS WEAPONIZE THE TEASERS.

Genuinely, and people wonder why I hate the new style when all the people who glaze it ignore the issues and instead take it as an opportunity to demand Mike Holmes’ head on a spike.

To add on to this, yes Parker has improved, most of the teasers so far look nice, I especially like how Assassin looks, but Deserter looks very off and strange with it’s teasers so far, but I’m just mainly fired up and angry again that once again people are parading it around while bashing Holmes into the ground.
