Firefighters from 312 Gulgong undertaking road crash rescue training a few weeks ago. The Holmatro Telescopic Ram which forms part of our Rapid Intervention Kit (RIK), pictured here, has a spreading force of 22.1 tonnes on the first piston, and 8.3 tonnes on the second. Weighing only 12.5kg, this little piece of equipment really packs some punch, and is particularly useful in rescue and firefighting operations.
