Headcanon

Owen has a different relationship with each of the raptors, and he treats them all differently based on their personalities. 

Blue - He loves her dearly, but he expects her to be a good role model for her sisters. She’s the oldest, and he’s hard on her to lead her sisters by example

Charlie - Being the youngest he babies her and probably teases with her more than the others. He lets her get by with things that he doesn’t let the others do simply because she’s younger.

Delta - He sasses Delta right back when she gives him lip, and although he loves her the same as the other raptors, he probably spends more time petting her to keep her calm.

Echo - She’s the smartest, and he knows it. He often finds he doesn’t have to reprimand or remind her on how to act, and he often praises her with extra treats.
