I don't think people appreciate just how much Rapunzel goes through the wringer during this series. (Or how pretty she is while doing it.)

Varian's start and end of his villian arc.
I think the storyboards of Varian being sad could be followed up to two versions:
Before Rapunzel freed Varian's dad from the amber, which is correct, the storyboards were centred on Rapunzel freeing Quirin from the amber.
Varian explains what happened when Quirin WAS in the amber when Rapunzel freed him which resulted in Quirin not joining Varian during the celebration of Rapunzel's return and being appointed as the queen. Leaving Varian alone, with disappointment.
