If we’re talking just like antagonists, probably Tenna from Deltarune. I love the way he’s written. He’s definitely an antagonist by the end of the chapter, and he’s not perfect (he definitely mistreats his employees) but he’s also really easy to relate to.

If we’re talking straight up villain, the Goose from Untitled Goose Game. Yes, I know you play as the goose.
