Champagne Rare 2008 🌟🍾🥜 • • • • • • • • • Colore vivido e acceso, appena dorato tanto che pare che i nove anni sui lieviti non l’abbiano minimanente scalfito, esordisce su note agrumate ben presenti, cocco fresco, mango e ananas verde come note tropicali, limone di Amalfi e arancio giallo, mandarino tardivo, pera kosher, mela gialla con tracce candite. • • • • • • Ben presente anche il versante iodato e marino, così come il floreale di biancospino e tiglio. Con qualche grado di temperatura si stagliano bene le note di frutta secca e mandorle, un’idea di curry, di miele di corbezzolo e panificazione e anche cenni di frutta rossa come ciliegie e melograno. Il sorso è intenso, corposo e con decisamente poca dolcezza melensa ma con tanta grinta, sapidità. Centro bocca da gran fuoriclasse fino a tocchi finali di nuovo nel sottobosco con ribes nero misto a liquirizia.
