Update 73(?): self inserts! Ruby, sapphire, and garnet. This includes sketch/linework and I made 2 attempts for the Ruby and garnet...still not sure I did them quite right but I tried ok.

you know i had just been stricken with the sensation to actually focus and develop a ruby character so here she is! 

I call her Raspberry Ruby, and most just call her Razz or Captain Razz but sometimes one or two rubies will call her fully by raspberry, a bit too cute of a name for her she thinks and can get slightly embarrassed by it 

Shes a very smart ruby, not just smart for a ruby but smart in general, especially when it comes to battle and formulating plans for it. Great at thinking on the spot in battle when she needs to. 

She is in fact a dumb lesbian though, oblivious or naive to others advances and gets fully flustered when she realizes whats going on

For @boringartist I wanted to make a pearl for your adorable Raspberry ruby.

“You can count on me, My Raspberry!”

This is Cranberry Pearl, a sort of Siri for the Ruby squadron Raspberry is part of. She loves to answer questions and loves feeling tall so, having a Ruby owner is a match made in heaven. Cranberry loves to sing and dance especially after a successful mission, she even made up a special victory song to sing when Raspberry comes back to her quarters. She’s peppy and obediant but, isn’t without her “faults”

She’s an absolute disaster when it comes flirting and probably the worst wing-gem to ever have. She’ll “google” up pick up lines and is a walking “For Dummies” book. She falls in love so quickly and usually has like 10 crushes a day. Her weapon is castanets that she can use to either dance with, or, when dancing, can create sparks to shock those who try to harm her Ruby. 

(I’ve tried to to send this so many time ^^; man I suck at technology.)

I had an urge to draw this Pearl again. I hope you don’t mind ^^; This is Cranberry using her Castanets to conduct electricity. The harder she dances, the more sparks fly.

haha well im glad you like her enough to draw her, youre almost making me want to try to actually make a pearl for raspberry rubes 

plus thats a neat concept, the only pearl i have with castanets weapon is celestial pearl but hers is more dealing with sound...plus shes never pulled out her weapon
