A very new, and perhaps misguided, experiment -- tonight I took the batch of Cream Ale and racked it into a secondary with a bunch of raspberries, hoping to end up with a Raspberry Cream Ale. Was this a good idea? Bad idea? Who knows, but it will be interesting to see what happens!Â
