This Raspberry Trifle Parfait is easy to make and tastes great with fresh raspberries, creamy Greek yogurt, and crunchy granola. Awesome for a quick and tasty dessert!
Ingredients: 1 cup fresh raspberries. 1 cup Greek yogurt. 1/2 cup granola. 1/4 cup honey. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. Whipped cream for topping.
Instructions: In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt with vanilla extract until well combined. In serving glasses, layer the bottom with a spoonful of granola. Add a layer of the yogurt-vanilla mixture on top of the granola. Drop fresh raspberries on the yogurt layer. Drizzle honey over the raspberries. Repeat the layers until the glass is almost full. Top the parfait with a dollop of whipped cream. Garnish with a few fresh raspberries and a drizzle of honey. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
