Kord, the Stone King

Description: Not to be confused with Nature, Earth is just rocks, gems, boulders, or any non-biological component of soil not counting metal. Its counterpart is air, for air erodes earth and earth doesn't need air in the first place.

Personality: If the gods had an army, Kord would most definitely be the general. He's a really disciplined guy, and expects others to be the same. His counterpart Wisperia really irritates him since she's so out of focus, and he can't get to her. He's given up on her case by now, though.

Imbues humans: 20%. Like Ulryos, he is very picky with the souls he blesses. Except with him, he takes environment, body, family, etc. into great consideration. He wants all of his children to be disciplined, like good soldiers.

Powers: Earth elementals, nicknamed golems, have similar powers to alloys, since they can also bend solid minerals to their will, but they must be nonmetal and not man-made. They can also crystallize minerals, so some golems have gone on to be successful jewelers. It is possible for golems to refine their powers enough to manipulate crystals as well.

Suspend a golem enough in air, they will lose touch with their surroundings, and it will be easy to hurt and/or kill them from there.

Other: He owns your pet rock. Bitch.

Master of Metal: Markoh

Description: In Rasul, the element Metal would be any periodic element that is..well..classified as metal. It can be hot and cold to extreme conditions, and is an excellent conductor because of this. Represented by Markoh, a man..god made entirely of living, breathing metal. We consider Tetrus to be his counterpart.

Personality: Markoh is a really quiet guy...metal man...whatever. When he speaks, it's in a deep, booming voice. He's never once lost his temper, so sometimes the gods try to provoke him just to try and get a reaction. Despite several millennia of playing practical jokes on him and such passing, all attempts have failed. Seriously. Not much is known about this guy, especially how he thinks, but the gods DO know that he has a heart of gold and always puts other people's welfare above his own. He doesn't really care about how Tetrus tries to 'compete' with him, and basically just doesn't acknowledge it. Really, he's just a gentle giant who doesn't say much.

Imbues humans: 30%

Powers granted: Alloys have impenetrable metal skin somehow specialized so that they're not stiff or anything and can move as fluidly as normal humans do. They also have the ability to mould metal to their will without preheating it, so most alloys are successful blacksmiths.

You can melt their armored skin. The burn hurts them greatly (...obviously.) and once it melts you could probably stab them. Nothing gets through an alloy's unheated skin.

Other: He's the tin man from wizard of oz. Just..uhm...not sure if he's hollow....and he's quiet...and...doesn't carry an axe and...MEH YOU GET MY POINTTT

Tetrus, Lord of Storms

(j-just...imagine ARMOUR on him or..something. blehehbleheheheh.)

Description: Lightning. Not exactly fire, but it burns. Plus, it's more than just light. Tetrus also represents electricity. His counterpart is Markoh, insert title here.

Personality: Hyperactive and overprotective over those he cares about, he's got the personality one would expect from a typical male protagonist. He considers Wisperia to be his sister, and gets along best with her among all the gods. Don't call her wishy-washy (or any other insults for that matter) around him; he'll take offense for her and will try to do something to make you take it back. His rivalry with Markoh seems to be one-sided, since Tetrus is the only one that actually cares about it; going out of his way to prove himself the "better man". He quite enjoys pranks, but finds it too much trouble to pull off his own, so he just settles for laughing at reactions that Shuari garners from her antics.

Imbues humans: 41%. He claims that his kids are the best and that they can stump those alloys any day.

Powers granted: Sparks can manipulate lightning to strike someone,  and electric currents shot into someone's system, etc. They don't sweat in any way, a modification to their human bodies by Tetrus himself because it's dangerous for Sparks to get drenched or too wet, y'see. They will spark. Literally.

Like Rays, they are like rechargeable batteries. Unlike light elementals, however, they don't need a source of their power to use it. Theirs recharges over time. If you can force them to use all their energy (drenching and wetting them discharges a lot of it) they will weaken, maybe even go unconscious, and you can easily kill or hurt them from there. Or, you can just drain all their energy and short them out.

Wisperia, Princess of Gales

Description: Air. No one can live without it. You forget what it is when you're laughing too hard. That stuff. Her direct counterpart is EARTH (not to be confused with nature) represented by Kord.

Personality: Her spirit is as free as the wind. Wisperia, affectionately named Wispy, is the youngest looking of the gods, second after Shuari since she shapeshifts. She spends a lot of time daydreaming (about what no one knows) She often says things out of nowhere that no one gets, but has those moments with wise insights. No one really understands her, but they can't exactly bring themselves to hate her. Kord gets frustrated on how he just can't get her, but leaves her be and really just doesn't care. Aside from daydreaming, she also loves flying with those wings of hers.

Imbues Humans: 23%. She'd let pass a lot more, but she's too busy...thinking...?

Powers granted: Zephyrs can manipulate the air around them and make cyclones, hurricanes, etc. They cannot create air, and such. They never grow wings like their 'mom', but the ones who learn how to control their powers enough can make the air around them tense enough to carry them around..and such.. (but most just like to use gliders. Easier, takes less time to master.)

They can also make air vacuums by sucking out the air around an area using their powers.

Being made of a lot of air essence, they feel uneasy in a vacuum, but lose breath only in the same rate as humans would.

It's also a well-known fact that Zephyrs have the hardest time learning to control their powers. Wisperia's too airheaded to give anyone pointers, and forgot to add in their instincts. They be on their own in learning.

Shuari, Mistress of the Night

Description: Darkness. The opposite of light, the lack of it. Her counterpart is the self-righteous "pushover" Ulryos. 

Personality: Shuari is a prankster. The only one out of the gods who goes down to Rasul. She's also the only one who shapeshifts. She shifts between any age, so she has different appearances when she goes down to Rasul, and also to fit her mood around the gods. It's like the deceptions she can do in the darkness. In particular, she loves pulling jokes on her rival since he always falls for them, the gullible little git.

Imbuing humans: 40%. She rather enjoys seeing her shades grow up and cause mischief, but she's careful about the background and the strength of the soul.

Powers granted: Her evil little spawns usually end up pranksters--like her. They can shapeshift between ages (eye and hair colour remain the same) but the process weakens them the longer they're changed, and they are strongest in the form of their natural age. They're nicknamed shades because they always bring cloaks and umbrellas along with them due to their photo-sensitivity (No, they're not camerashy, dipshit, they're sensitive to light.)

Shades also have to power to 'solidify' darkness. So, let's just say you're in a dark room with a shade that simply hates you, they can make a sharp point and stab you. However, they cannot do things such as make shadows grow and such. They just have to make do with the lack of light. How dim the dark is needed for them to materialize stuff depends on how much they have refined their powers.

Other: A long, long time ago, Shuari got jealous of Zur's "children", the shadows, so she imbued her powers in them. For a time, they could shapeshift, and were actually tangible. In that short while, she was able to call them her children.

They were overpowered, however. And having that much power is dangerous--it gets to your head. A Shadow who disliked being under the gods' rule decided it was his turn to be on top, so he turned other shadows to his cause to overpower the gods and rule over Rasul.

Zur found out because of that, and forced Shuari to go change them back to prevent another big war of the hexes. Luckily, she was able to fix it while the group was still small and before a revolution occurred.

Since then, Shuari has promised to never taint anyone ever again...unless she's asked to.

Ulryos: BLASPHEMY! I AM NOT A GULLIBLE LITTLE GIT!

Insane Mother Nature, Meeara.

Description: All the gods rule over the humans, but the immobile plants are ruled by Meeara. She has no direct opposite, most likely the closest to her counterpart would be Zur.

Personality: Loves plants, and coming up with new kinds. She thinks of all plants as her children, rather than the babies she actually blesses. Meeara actually finds plants better company than gods or humans, and claims she can talk to them, so she barely attends casual meetings, choosing to spend her time taking care of plants as well as coming up with new ones. She doesn't care about what others think of her, (or is simply too oblivious to it) and turns a deaf ear to all of it. Once she forms some sort of bond with a non-plant living being, though, she is ultra-protective of them and mourns their passing for a long time.

Imbuing humans: 14%. Too busy loving plants to care about humans...most usually just give up on her. XD

Powers granted: Dryads can plant anything on soil without seeds. Think of any plant, got soil, boom. The more powerful they are, the faster their plants grow. Speed also depends on the type of soil, though, and the dryads realize that. Another thing soil influences is the kind of plant it can grow (e.g. rice only grows in clay, some flowers in loam, etc...) so basically they can't grow plants unnaturally. Climate also has to be taken in consideration, yada yada, same concerns that plants have. They can also envision some new kind of plant that they'd want to grow, but that takes a lot of refining.

Dryads are infused with plant essence, so their body parts are easily cut off (whee~ )depending on how much on them is plant, but they can reattach it. Out of all elementals, they feel the most pain (thus their claim: PLANTS HAVE FEELINGS TOOOO ;A;) Their body parts tainted with plants are coloured green, and do not bleed blood but they feel pain from it, like mentioned.

Their weaknesses are the amount of pain they feel, and they must not get dehydrated. The more mass, more water they need.

Ulryos, Knight of the Light

Description: Light. Not necessarily light only coming from electricity and fire, also from the sun, and the opposite of darkness. Closely related to Ignis, Mother of Embers, and Tetrus, Lord of Storms. His counterpart is Shuari, Goddess of the Dark.

Personality: The cliché self-righteous hero type. He cannot stand for the evil people on Rasul. He is extremely gullible to things that would include "evil" or a threat to peace, or something just plain mean. He speaks loudly and had a medieval vocabulary. Due to his personality, Shuari finds it easy to prank and tease him, and relish his reactions. (He'd go off on a big "heroic" rant about how it's wrong and stuff...everyone who sees him thinks it's funny, really. That ridiculous.)

Imbuing humans: 36%. He doesn't grant a lot of pleas since he only lets through the purest souls so that none of his children are ever evil. On another note, he does love watching his rays grow up and be good guys. Except for the bad ones. He facepalms and cries over those ones. (I'm just messin with ya, rays are infamous for having too much of a conscience. There have been no reports of "evil" rays, and Ulryos only picks pure souls, so...)

Powers granted: Rays can manipulate light to their will, yadayada. Ulryos gives them a special 'weapon' after they prove to him, somehow, that they've earned it. They can summon that weapon at any given time, and it cannot get broken. If the weapon falls out of their hands and such, they can just re-summon it. Ulryos also has the power to take it away, however. (He's never had to do that, though.)

Rays are like a rechargeable battery. They can use their powers so long as there is a source of light around (preferrably the sun. The moon works as well, but a lot slower than the sun.) The more they use their powers, the more outside light is needed. Their essence depends on light, rather than generate it. Therefore, in a place where there is no light, they will weaken and be easier to kill in this state.

Other: Do us all a favor, and don't ask him about justice. You will never hear the end of it.

Zur, the "Grim Reaper" of Rasul

Description: God of death. Shinigami. What else do you need? He holds the gates of the afterlife open for the dearly departed.

Personality: A really nice guy, probably the nicest death god in all the alternate universes (that this admin has heard of, anyway...) The gods like to joke within themselves that Zur and Etra are basically the same person, just split into two, since they act that similar. He always wants what's right for the citizens of Rasul, and hates having to use his power excessively. Personal thing about him: he absolutely hates it when both gods and people are being irrational about it....his outlet for his resulting rage is to go pacing around in a monologue in his chambers, and nothing else. He dislikes showing any kind of emotion or bias, so he wears a skull mask to hide his face from showing his expression (The other gods haven't seen his face in over 9,000 years, and like to joke about why he put it on--"Maybe it just got too stuck on that hardened expression of his that it just shriveled off!" --Ignis)

Imbuing humans: 0% (unless you count the shadows.....but they're technically not human. ;3)

Powers granted: n/a

Other: Had to wipe out the life elementals in the devastating War of the Hexes and he didn't like it one bit. Especially the effect of it--descendants of some particularly influential/vengeful life elementals now have organizations against the gods. It pisses Zur off because he knows it's not their fault, but he can't exactly kill them off, either.

His face is freaky--changing ages every five minutes, seconds..randomly. Not quite like Shuari, since she controls when she ages, plus it's her whole body. It symbolizes how death can happen to anyone at any age. Zur hides it using a skull mask and a dark hood.
