kiviuq is so full of energy these days, i love playing with him! i just wish pan would stop being such an idiot around him and just get along with him because i know they'd have fun together and get into a lot of shenanigans

when I went to check on the rats this morning Hoban & Shepherd were loose. they got trapped between some boxes & the piano in the rat room (after ransacking the garbage). I thankfully heard them hopping around & moved the boxes, at which point they ran like idiots to opposite corners. Hoban got back in the box fort & i caught him pretty easily, though he squirmed around, clawed at my hands & screamed the whole time. Shepherd puffed up like a little toilet brush when i cornered him, but calmed down when I talked to him & only grumbled at me when I picked him up. I'm pretty sure they went no where near the ladies but I'll be keeping an eye on them. Hoban & Shepherd are definitely the kind of man rats who are more excited by garbage than they are girls.
