my favorite mundane thing about this series (tshd) so far is that hikaru has imperfect teeth. and they look exactly like my teeth. im in a messed up place feeling really insecure and ugly right now so seeing such a cute character with teeth that look like mine smiling with his whole face, not an iota of shame in himself and looking so beautiful is just making me feel very soft and thankful for the artist having made that design choice. its very uncommon representation and it made me feel a tiny bit better today.

everyone whos making a date everything oc right now i love you so much and they look amazing
having bpd is so embarrassing. like, "sorry i acted like a cornered, wild animal. someone got their fair share of attention from you and it made me upset"
I want to teach you something about your mind.
Your focus is a tool, did you know that? A sort of lens channeling your thoughts in a specific direction. That's right cutie! Tools are useful, and easily manipulated. Here's an example to further illustrate this concept, which we can work through together!
If I asked you to focus on your left hand, you might feel a number of interesting sensations! Like an outline has appeared there in your mind's eye, perhaps accompanied by an indistinct fuzzy, buzzing sort of feeling. Fun, right? If you closed your eyes, you'd still be able to tell with full clarity what position your hand is in, where it is in relation to the rest of your body, and even what it would look like to see it for yourself.
Focus on your right foot. Feel how that sensation pivots, seeping gradually from one point to the other? Like water or sand, filling up your right foot and making it feel so heavy. That, silly pup, is how it feels to fine tune your focus and move it around on command. Now that you know how it feels, you may find it easier to do in the future. :)
