imo i feel like ratchet would be really angry and hurt. hes still grieving, and all of a sudden optimus is standing there in front of him with a small smile and a new frame. it kind of makes him feel that all his hurt and anguish was all for nothing, or more so just not worth the pain. it would be very hard for optimus to reconcile with ratchet in the the short time they teamed up.
