TFA AU where the Elite Guard decided to stay on Earth after the events of Mission Accomplished. Ratchet and Ultra Magnus constantly sass and get snarky at each other because things are not okay between them. Sometimes this leads to arguments.

After one particularly nasty argument that had them disappear for hours on end, suddenly things were better? Somewhat. They were still snarky and sassy towards each other but significantly toned down. Arguments became rare, almost nonexistent; but if they did have one, it was handled in private. Mostly in Ratchet's medbay.

Accept whenever they argued in the medbay, they were in there for hours. Normally, this wouldn't be seen as unusual but the doors were locked and no one outside of the medbay could hear what was going on. And these "arguments" mostly happened at night.

Everyone was curious about what was going on between the two but didn't want to bother them about it because they thought that it was none of their business. Well, almost everyone. Bumblebee and Sentinel were especially curious and wanted to find out. But no matter how much they dug, they couldn't find anything. Even when they asked (annoyed) the pair, they wouldn't say squat (more like Ratchet telling them to leave him alone and shut up about it and Ultra saying that it was none of their concern and that is between him and the medic).

Fed up, 'Bee and Sentinel separately sneak into the medbay before Ratchet turns in for the night. The two nosey bots bump into each other and demands to know what the other is doing in the medbay, which turns into an fight. They then hear the medic walking in and they hide.

Ultra walks in about two hours later and him and Ratchet do their usual snarky routine. Accept it sounds more like playful banter and flirting?

But then they start kissing and groping each other's frames. Someone pushes the other onto the nearby berth and it quickly escalates to Ultra eating out Ratchet's valve like its the best thing he ever tasted. It then divulged into hot, steamy sex, fluctuating between oral, scissoring, and Ultra fucking Ratchet on his spike. Not to mention the dirty talk...

And it went on for hours! Ratchet and Ultra fucked until both of them were well spent and snuggled up to recharge, albeit very, very sticky.

As for poor 'Bee and Sentinel, from their hiding spot, they got a good view of the action. And they couldn't leave the medbay until the older mechs woke up before everyone else did and went to shower. Once they were gone, the younger mechs snuck out of the medbay and agreed to never speak of what they saw to anyone. Ratchet and Ultra had no idea that the two had seen what they did that night and were very confused when the two younger mechs refused to be in the same room as them and were awkward around them when they were the next couple of weeks.
