Okay, so I'm a lab tech and one method we recommend for patients to collect a stool sample without getting urine in it is to put Saran Wrap across the toilet (but bow it so it has room for the stool) along the back half of the bowl. Your pee will fall into the toilet and the stool will fall onto the Saran Wrap where you can put it into the specimen container. Good luck, lady, I hope this helps.

Five Foods: Going out for Turkish tomorrow night with gotbagsofcharm, so I’ll say kebabs for one of my choices. Other choices are ice cream, freshly baked sourdough bread, cucumbers, and coffee. Coffee is a food group, right?
