Did you know rats make AMAZING pets?? Rats can be trained to do tricks, come when you call, and even use the litter box! Rats are funny, loving, and sweet by nature. They love company and any types of food. They need large setups to run and play, like cat towers, and daily handling. Rats can get depressed without knowing friends and love. Domestic rats are NOT outdoor wild rats. They are born and raised to be indoors and do not carry diseases that the common outdoor rat may. Domestic rats are referred to as "fancy rats" because of their amazing color variations and being bred to fancy (adore/own/domesticate). We have some amazing sets right now. They are all kept in foster homes with daily interactions from adults, children, and other pets. These guys end up in shelters just like any other discarded animal. Interested in learning more?
