Star Trek is the one where humanity manages to sort out our shit and we as a species are united and can go to space to explore and make friends with aliens. Also the Center Of The Human Race is in the USA.
Raumpatrouille - Die Phantastischen Abenteuer Des Raumschiffes Orion (or Spaceship Orion) is the one where humanity manages to sort out our shit, we as a species are united and colonise space. The Center Of The Human Race is in what used to be Germany, and also it’s under water.
Star Trek Mirror Verse is the one where humanity is united and conquers space, but it is a colonialist military-run dystopia. Basically what would happen if the US we have today set out to conquer first the Earth and then space without trying to be better and more tolerant first.
Blake’s 7 is the one where humanity is united and rules over all the aliens, oppressing both them and the humans. Probably what would happen if we all adopt the Chinese version of mass surveillance and grading people, and perfect that system.
