#BoutofBooks Day 3 (05/11/2016) Progress: more @HunterFaith Jane Yellowrock stories! Hooray! :-)

So on Day 3, I stayed up waaaaaay too late (until 7am) because I just HAD to finish Raven Cursed (final 162/353 pages). :-) After I had some sleep and wrote my review, I read the next two short stories in the timeline: “Golden Delicious” and “Cajun with Fangs” (62 pages total). Then after I wrote my review of those two stories (both from the Blood in Her Veins collection), I started the interim cross-world novella Easy Pickings by both Faith Hunter and C.E. Murphy (I only read about four pages of it; “about” because my Kindle edition does not include page numbers). I plan to finish Easy Pickings on Day 4, just as soon as I can tear myself away from the computer. ;-) 

All told, I read only about 228 pages on Day 3. So my plan to read more has yet to be realized. :-( But there’s still time. :-)

Oh! And I of course had to pose my books-read-on-Day-3 with my puppy, Max. Isn’t he cute? :-)

Here’s an updated picture of my one set of bookshelves. It’s probably pretty obvious that I’ve outgrown this set and need more. (The rest of my many books are still in boxes and/or scattered around.) ;-)

Raven Cursed by Faith Hunter is standing upright because I’m currently reading the Jane Yellowrock series (and so hence the bookmark sticking out of it, lol). :-)

In the bottom left you can see my Max. I had to get on the floor to take this picture, and Max always has to be near me when I’m down on his level. :-)

Also, I didn’t think (I forgot) to share my Day 1 #insixwords post here on my Tumblr, so here’s what I wrote for my Twitter:
