This Butternut Squash Ravioli Bake is a warm and tasty dish that combines the sweet butternut squash with salty marinara sauce and cheesy ravioli.
Ingredients: 1 package 9 ounces refrigerated butternut squash ravioli. 2 cups marinara sauce. 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese. 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese. 2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil leaves.
Instructions: Preheat the oven to 375F 190C. Cook the ravioli according to package instructions until just tender. Drain well. Spread 1/2 cup of marinara sauce in the bottom of a baking dish. Arrange the cooked ravioli over the sauce. Top the ravioli with the remaining marinara sauce, mozzarella, and Parmesan cheese. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly. Sprinkle with chopped basil before serving.
