(So I’ve been thinking abt this for a while actually, the question we have all asked:
“What if LU was it’s own game?”
It eventually revived was expanded across @thedarksverse and @ravioverse today with @empress-elizabeth finishing their LU game cover.
So, here we are, and here’s a short list of ideas for each game:
The Legend of Zelda: The Linked Universe
- Yes, Hyrule is main player, but there’s the possibility of it going up to nine players if that many people wish to play. Possibly.
- 9, 17, or 18 dungeons (9 incarnations, 18 games (unless you put the oracle games together, which would be 17)
- Time periods switch when you’ve completed all necessary tasks for that Hyrule
- Unless you haven’t finished a particular side quest, then you switch after that quest
The Legend of Zelda: Warped Reflections
- Has some potential to be a multiplayer
- Probably more story based than LU
- Alternate plot idea would be trying to find and recruit the other Darks to go up against Eternal, Stygian, and Conqueror before they find them first, but there’s a lot brushing up and editing that can be done with that
- At least half the game in the Dark World
The Legend of Hilda: Third Collision
(ok this one will be a bit harder to make considering a lack of information on a few games, but we doin’ this anyway)(also name might change due to LoH plot, this just sounded cooler than ‘Second Collision’)
- Play as: idk, maybe Empyrean? Either Empyrean or Viola for sure (at least half the group are good choices tho asdkljskak)
- The goal of the game is probably fixing a Space arrmagedon or something like that
- relatively equal in gameplay to story
- side quest rules in LU apply here too
- more magic based gameplay than the other two games
The Legends of the Multiverse: Time and Space
- MULTIPLAYER (or the story probs won’t work that great)
- Plot: The Heroes and Darks from three parts of the multiverse are faced with the threat of the very fabric of reality collapsing for all of their worlds. All bets and animosity must be cast to the side if the multiverse is going to survive a blow this big.
- I have some more ideas for plot but I want to see what you guys have
- 7 dungeons (6 Triforce pieces + 1 dark dungeon)
- emphasis on story, but still good gameplay
Anyone can add on to these.
