Redrawing art I made for Ravnicademy's five-year anniversary, for the tenth anniversary part 1: Liliana and Jace, the primary romantic couple of the series. In retrospect, I glazed over the whole "she's hundreds of years old and he is an honest-to-goodness high schooler" thing real quick in the story, but fuck, if Twilight can get away with it so can I!

Redrawing art I made for Ravnicademy's five-year anniversary, for the tenth anniversary part 3: Emmara and Nissa. These days, it's very popular to pair up Chandra and Nissa, but back in the day I was clearly singing a different tune.

Annual Ravnicademy Baltrice. My favorite thing to do is to put new drawings of her side-by-side with the first art I ever drew of her.

Anyway, next year, Ravnicademy is going to be ten years old and holy shit time is a thing.

Redrawing art I made for Ravnicademy's five-year anniversary, for the tenth anniversary part 4: Avacyn, Lavinia and Tajic. I'mma be real, I pulled this trio out of my entire ass. Lavinia and Tajic originally weren't even supposed to be anything more than glorified cameos. Like everything else- every character and pairing- was planned from the start, but everything about this ship was developed during the part of the story that had zero planning, on the fucking fly.

(Also, side note, to me five years ago: QUIVER at my ability to draw MEN you FUCK!!!!!!)

Redrawing art I made for Ravnicademy's five-year anniversary, for the tenth anniversary part 5: Baltrice and Tezzeret. Originally I was going to match the vibe of the original art, where it's kind of uncomfortable but in a goofy "lmao look at this situation Tezzeret as gotten into" sort of way. But, ten years later there's really no reason to represent them as anything other than how I wrote them.

Tezzeret and Baltrice were the most explicitly sexual couple in the whole story, and the most (tragically) romantic. To depict something in fiction does not mean that you support it in actual meatspace. Etcetera, etcetera, amen
