the way aj was talking to becky in that segment makes me so insane. it's like she's been just playing around all this time, but then she SAW the look on becky's face, and understood exactly what was going on in her mind in that moment, and suddenly she just. switched to aggressively reminding becky that she's proud of her. this woman that has openly and loudly hated her, attacked her so many times, and all aj can see is a little girl. a little girl, no older than 12 maybe, lashing out because she's so scared and she's so insecure and she can tell she's losing and she can tell nobody likes her anymore and she doesn't know why. becky stares her in the eyes so full of hatred that it's seeping from her form, and all aj can see is that desperation, despair, misery; how badly she's hurting, and more than that, how badly she's hurting for aj. for her approval, for her praise. aj lee is the blueprint, the ideal, that seemingly unattainable peak that becky's always reaching for. aj KNOWS that no matter how much she hates her, no matter how far she's willing to go to hurt her, a simple "i'm proud of you." from aj lee will always hit becky somewhere deep and soft and vulnerable and pathetic.
so make no mistake, aj telling becky she's proud of her is cruel. it's mean. it shows her just how deep into her core aj's already seen, how little power she has in this situation, when aj can break her apart with something as simple as "i'm proud of you."

SAMI: stand against moral injustice.
I’m just spitballing here. Since the angle that WWE is going for is “Roman Reigns needs help to win his battles”, I feel like there was a stronger way to reach that point than bringing up his dead dad. Like, if WWE really wanted to sell that Roman’s main insecurity is his family, then:
1) Have Punk remind him about the Shield days and really dig into that bit of history
2) Point out that when Roman was on his own, the crowd despised him (the Big Dog era)
3) Point out that Roman’s rise was connected to the Bloodline. Even if he was on top, the fact remains that his legacy is tied to a stable.
4) Have Jey Uso step out of line, like he’s the one pushing for Roman to get more vicious with Punk. Then have Punk say something like, “Did you come up with that or did Jey did?”
5) Remind Roman that even with the entire Bloodline helping him, he still lost his world title to Cody Rhodes. Also, to twist the knife, have CM Punk point out that Cody received help since people genuinely wanted him to succeed. Then have Punk contrast that with the Bloodline where Roman was more of a dictator and that he even lost Jey Uso’s loyalty.
6) As part of point 5, point out that THE ROCK had to step in and help Roman out with Cody Rhodes and he still lost.
7) Point out that Roman is a nepo baby and has already been relying on his family since the start to make it to where he is.
Literally, WWE could’ve done any of this and it would’ve landed better than the dead dad angle. Because it’s clear that WWE isn’t following up on that storyline, especially since Roman’s response was to call CM Punk old.
take it easy.

WOWWWW, THIS TURNED OUT ABSOLUTELY SUPERB! this is different than my usual content as this doesn't involve selfshipping by rather a fun little crossover between my sona and my favorite wrestler.
the artist did such a good job and they're an artist that I've been wanting to let do my dream comm for me and it finally happened!!
I LOVE IT!!
