hrmmm not sure !! i have comfort music in like. either instant happy or coping sad songs.. instant happy usually electronic bouncy music and sad being more broad but i think of "treat me like a doll" and "shield" by girls rituals.. actually those are closer to breakdown music rather than grounding. hm.
