Raw Vegan Cheeze Platter by #RawChefYin. Was in the mood to create something that was abundant since I had made and aged 3 different kinds of cheeze. It's only my second time putting together a cheese platter so had to do a bit of research first and also took into account my coursemates' suggestions from the Raw Food Styling course. This is very Malaysian because if you stare at it carefully, you'll see tempoyak. Hehehehe. Yup, I sneaked in some fermented durians into this platter because I can. Cheezes: 1. Cranberry & Cinnamon Sunflower Seed Cheeze 2. Pink Peppercorn Sunflower Seed Cheeze 3. Cubed Sunflower Seed Cheeze (someone said it tasted like aged Cheddar!) Sweet items: Dragonfruit, lychee Nuts: Almonds, hazelnuts Sundried tomatoes, olives Lacto-fermented goodies: Shivakraut, tempoyak Coriander Very pleased with this!
