🍩RAW VEGAN DONUT CAKES 🍩 INGREDIENTS: 45 g rolled oats 60 g almonds 15g coconut flour 1 teaspoon pandan powder from @mybluetea 150 g coconut pulp (leftover from making coconut milk with freshly grated coconut) 50 g cashews, soaked and rinsed 1 tablespoon @marylebonegroup coconut oil 50 g Masarang Arenga Forest Sugar syrup from @straitswholefoods 30 g @gulamelts coconut nectar granules ⅛ teaspoon French sea salt from @loveearthorganic 18 g Golden flax seeds, ground 🎂 I call these donut cakes as Mr Jazz Guitarist says they have a cake-like texture. As long as he enjoyed them!
