#visibility This journey with my body has been such a powerful one and it’s only just begun. Showing my vulnerability and sharing my experience has been so important to me because I want people to see all sides of the healing process. Not just the amazing results that come, but also the challenging set backs. I fell back into eating cooked foods. As I mentioned earlier, I’m healing through my addiction to cooked, unnatural foods. I’ve gained weight and waste back in my body. I’ve felt a loss of direction. I’ve felt disappointment. I’ve felt anger and frustration. On the other hand, I’ve felt forgiveness. I’ve felt acceptance. I’ve felt motivation. Coming back to a place of remembering why I’m doing what I’m doing. There is power in fruit and there is power in discipline and trust. I am healing. I am healthy. I am well. And I am alive. And that’s what matters. I put myself first so that I may fully help my fellow human without obstructions of any kind. I put myself first because I love myself and in turn I am able to love everyone else the same way—fully and wholly. I love and appreciate animals of all kinds. Some are much harder than others (humans mostly) but I still do. People love to give me 💩 about being #vegan. One of the main things I get is about all my #faux leather boots. I've also heard alot about all my #animalprint everything. I'm not one of those #rawvegans that only eats leaves. My diet consists of faux burgers, faux chicken nuggets, not dogs and nice cream. I sprinkle faux cheese on just about everything I eat. It's perfectly okay if you like the taste/look of dead animals.... most ppl do. ‼️I meant to take pictures early when the lighting was better but I’ve been wanting to make raw vegan pizza because I haven’t had it in a while. 💚It is a time consuming process so I wanted to practice since it has been a while and I would like to add it on my meal prepping menu eventually. 🌱This is also to share how labor intensive raw vegan meal prep is. 🌱The value is not only linked to the food itself but the time it takes to make it plus I live this lifestyle for real so I’m intentional with how it is prepared. 🌱I have made it so many times before (see a few posts back for a picture of pizza) however you have to do some things differently when meal prepping. 🌱The crust has different sizes although I could have made about 12 smaller pizza slices. I could have even made it whole.
