Renton and Eureka: Ray=out Magazine: The Summer Issue. A lil mock up sketch of a would-be cover of the Gekko State Magazine from the anime.
In the series, it is an underground resistance-counterculture magazine that the main group, the Gekko State, publishes. The covers are usually photographed by the onboard photographer named, Stoner. His design is inspired by Ché Guevara. He usually writes articles and poetry in it, as well as photos of the Gekko members doing cool Refboard tricks for their fans. But as it is a resistance magazine, it is a vehicle for them to create support for their cause.
