After having the idea of Ultra Activation for some time, I decided to make a design for Ray and the idea on how bots achieve it. They achive it by feeling really strong emotions (rage, grief, joy etc) which unlocks to their strongest abilities, for example if their loved ones are in extreme close- to death situation (can be robots or humans they're very close to). But bots achieving it don't have to be in a bad situation either, as I said by connecting to their strongest emotions which awakens their strongest abilities. Ray is getting hers when her human partner (and cousin) Imogen got struck by lightning by an unknown foe and was in a verge of death. Ray got the ability to manipulate electricity of any kind, it awakened it while feeling anger and greif at the same time, but also trust that she can do it and save Imogen by taking the electricity out of her to save her.
