I can always count on @cthagod to put it out there real... Since I haven't been watching NFL games I have been waiting for footage of who was going to take a knee in unity... To watch Ray Lewis, someone who I admired, link arms and take 2 knees is indeed an embarrassment. Then after getting called out by his friend Shannon Sharpe had the nerve to say that he is a grown man with six kids so disappointment is the wrong word to use... No Ray, Shannon was correct! When someone is a friend they are allowed to use the word disappointment when it comes to actions we don't agree with. If you wanted to pray for peace in the middle of what you would like to call chaos then you should have done so prior or after this wonderful peaceful protest of unity... Having men like you make a mockery out of such a strong message is exactly why us in the black community are constantly having to explain what our issues are in America. Be a man... Stand strong in what you believe in... Your colleagues are not looking for anyone who is straddling the fence... We're kneeling for equality!!! We're kneeling because of the injustices that have taken place in America!!! And we're doing it in unity because "45" thought we were just as weak and confused as you seem to be Mr. Lewis...
