What I love about Ray Obiedo is that you get multiple cuts in the same track--different beat, different everything. An A+ version is here “Jinx.” I rarely listen to the first 3 minutes. The last two, starting t 4:00, is a repeat, listening over and over again, especially when I need to be uplifted. It has the Caribbean, California coast written all over it. The Afro-Caribbean beat with Bob Mintzer on sax ... perfect. Enjoy! (I ALWAYS do,). @rayobiedo
