Not into cute stuff | Chika & Joe
What was that creature? Chika had never seen a specimen like that before. The closest thing it resembled was a spotted seal, but the teen knew it was far from being one.
Like a seal, it had short white fur and flippers. However, everything else looked completely off. For some reason it had long ears, red fur growing along its spine, a purple patterns upon it. Not to forget to mention the claws. They were big, and looked strong. As if they could slice something apart easily.
He hated to admit it to himself, but Chika found the creature adorable. Images of petting it ran through his mind, making him want to hold it even more. It seemed to have an owner. Maybe the boy could get more information about it from him, and hopefully be able to observe it more closely. Of course, he had to be very low-key about it. Nobody could find out that he, Chika, the second son of Yorihisa Haninozuka, who was the current head of the Haninozuka family, liked cute animals.
Slowly shuffling towards who he hoped was the owner, he pretended to be looking for something in order to spark a conversation. “Have you seen... um... a green cup lying around? And if you don’t mind me asking, is that your pet?”
