arc, your grasp of revan has been something that has consistently brought me back to writing luke, and i found my way back to drakic because of you. you have such wonderful ideas, are always ready to throw something my way, and you are fine to deal with any shenanigans i bring up. i am so grateful to know you, my friend, and write + game with you as i do.

"How have you been my fluffy friend?"

The familiar voice made her look up, eyes wide. A smile spread across her face and the fluffy Mandalorian threw herself at her much larger friend, utterly heedless of whatever might be in the way of giving him a hug.

"Rev'ika!" she chirped, happiness clear on her face. "You're safe! Hopefully you have been well!"

“I know you’re looking for me. If you stopped looking for me, would you still be able to see me, or am I at least a little bit blury, or whatever the end goal is?” Clint asked, one arm propped on his elbow, holding his chin in his hand. “Because I’m starting to think I’m doing this wrong.”

THE WHISPERS LED HIM... here. 

He’d been nearly ready to leave Lothal, but something had kept him, drawn him in. And he’d needed to follow-- his instincts told him so. And so, he’d ended up at the base of a mountain, staring up at a mural of the Mortis gods. Head tilts back, and he lifts his hand, almost as if in a trance. The Force continues to whisper, guiding his movements. 

The mural shifts, the wolves leading him away, and running in a circle... Anakin blinks, carefully stepping toward it. He extends a hand-- it passes through the rock face. 

Taking a deep breath, he steps through. 

And finds himself... somewhere else. The Force ebbs and flows around him, and once again, he’s following its lead, feet carrying him through this strange ‘between’ world. He can hear voices, some that he knows, some unfamiliar. 

He stops in front of one of the portals. Distorted sounds emanate from it, and he approaches, hand outstretched. The Force ripples in response, guiding him forward. Anakin doesn’t question it-- he’s learned not to. It was usually best just to go with what the Force told him. 

He steps up to the portal and reaches through, grip catching someone’s arm. Instinctively, he tugs, pulling them back through, into this strange space between. The man is injured, looks (and feels) to be near death-- 

Anakin sets him down on the ‘ground,’ kneeling down next to him.“ can you hear me? ”  he asks, reaching out to him through the Force, connecting to his body. It’s been a long time since he’s attempted any kind of Force healing-- he isn’t sure if it’s doing much good.

There’s a brief smirk, a sparkle in her pale eyes, but her tone remains unfazed as she offers a shrug. “I hate to disappoint. But what you see is what you get, I’m afraid.”

“If we split up, we can cover more ground. You’ve got an in with the CEO, you should follow that. I can see what I can dig up poking around by where all the kids are getting taken from, see what I can rustle up.” While yes, he was in the age bracket of the children and teens being taken, he had several somethings they did not. A lightsaber, first and foremost.
