My name is Brittney, and people close to me call me Britt
I am 18 years old (4.20.2001)
Hufflepuff all the way bby
I live in the United States (southern east coast)
Always hungry, always cold and always down for love and affection
I spend most of my time at home taking care of my grandmother and doing chores around the house and I barely have a social life (unrelated as I had no social life beforehand)
I start my first year at college tomorrow actually so 🎉🎉
I am studying pre-nursing and my main goal is to become a mental health therapist 💛
Books (I love young adult fiction but recently I've gotten into a few nonfiction works)
Movies and TV - I spend most of my free time binge-watching on Netflix with my babe and my animals
Speaking of which - HUGE animal person. Legit any animal: I love them
Politics honestly, which is weird to admit since I used to hate anything relating to politics so if you follow any of my other blogs you might see some of that (I can drop some of my other blogs if y’all interested, there a bunch cuz I’m tumblr trash)
I enjoy writing but I rarely do any unless I’m upset
Anything to do with music honestly. Huge music person. Likes pretty much everything except what I don’t. Wanna learn to play the violin and continue learning piano but I don’t see that happening in the near future :(
Bio 168 (Anatomy and Physiology)
Psychology 150 (General Psychology)
Those are the only ones I'm doing this semester, that way I can also work without overstressing myself
Why a studyblr / Why the reintroduction:
When I first found the studyblr community I immediately took a liking to it. There was so much positivity and it was so pretty so I decided to go for it and make my own. I found my online niche, a group of people where I can geek over pens or just discuss school and not be that weird kid obsessing over pens.
I’ve decided to re-introduce myself mainly because my blog has changed honestly. With the changing from high school to college and having quite a few more followers than when I first started out I just thought it would be best.
To balance my work life, school life, and personal life without causing a breakdown (fingers crossed)
To keep good grades and have well enough notes that I can go back and review in later semesters if need be
Perhaps work a bit more on learning French if time allows but that is a big if
Find more studyblrs to follow, especially more pre-nursing/med studyblrs
@studyign - one of the first blogs I ever found and I still adore to this day
@emmastudies - makes great content that others can use for free, personally I adore the wallpapers
@graystudie - oh so pretty everything honestly and an all-round interesting blog as even the non-study stuff is right up my alley
@studybuddiesareoverrated - one of my absolute favorites if not my favorite honestly, probably keep up with this lovely’s blog more than anyone else’s tbh
@hannybstudies - another super pretty blog that I love. Also super helpful and includes tutorials and such
@astrophysct - again, super pretty (studyblrs as a whole are just so gorgeous honestly), lots of nice aesthetics
@diaryofastemstudent - aesthetic, great blog heck yeas
Honestly, there’s probably way more but I can’t think of a bunch off the top of my head
If there’s anything else y’all wanna know go ahead and pop into my ask box, I would love to answer!
