I was stuck on a bus for like 5 hours and finally got the right motivation to read and finished The Spirit Bares It’s Teeth and???? It’s my new favourite book???? ITS SO GOOD!!!!! Also I related so heavily with so many aspects and if I can get the proper motivation to draw I have PLANS! This book is so good and I think it is one of the best I’ve ever read

What's a favourite relatively unknown comic you have?

zot! it's my favourite comic of all time and i recommend it to anyone who asks me questions like this. so far, everybody seems to like it.

it's about a teenage superhero (zot) and a normal girl (jenny), their friends, and the adventures they go on together. it's an optimistic comic with an equally optimistic lead, and a unique retro-future setting.

it was written and drawn by scott mccloud before he wrote/drew understanding comics. the lightning bolt on his shirt is actually from zot.
