if you think about it fugos basically been in the jaws of a beast (the adults in her life adultifying her and exploiting her because of her perceived maturity) her entire life meanwhile trish is "new meat" so to speak. imo the difference between giorno and jodio isnt that one is more "moral" or even "nicer" but simply just in what they view as "needed" for them to achieve their goals. giornos dream was always rooted in a need to help prevent injustice, ergo he naturally dislikes the act of selling to children just to make a profit. jodio, meanwhile, is all about the profit, and he works by keeping the cogs of his mechanism in tact, hence why he has no qualms about selling.
