Hi! I wanted to ask you for a story. (Similar to what you did with Kaveh: https://www.tumblr.com/yanderebottomworld/746116552737357824/romantic-kaveh-x-male-archon-reader-headcanons?source=share) But with Alhaitham, a male archon (top), That he is somewhat tired of Alhaitham's personality, and in one way and another (not annoying) he tests him, in different ways, Giving him riddles for dummies or children, where his high IQ can't solve, and he has to go to more "dumb" people for help? Making Alhaitham more humble. And when Reader introduces himself it is as a man of great stature? (His body is something like this: https://pin.it/2yVL7NuvI ) And he is very tall, with a height of 2,10
(lots of text. Anyway, it's just a request, you can reject it if you want, no problem. If you see any errors in my writing, it is because I am using a translator 😔)).
PD: I like how you wrote the stories about Kaveh.❤️
Romantic mini fic with Alhaitham it is! @y0ujo, I hope you like it! I took the detail of reader being an archon of fate from my other Kaveh story and kept it here because I had no other ideas. I tweaked a few details
Disclaimer: While there are no mentions of sexual content, I want only those 18 and older to read this content. Respect that.
A/N: Life was lifing lols but I realized I need to life right back so! 💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾 Anyways, I saw that the results on the poll were that people love them some gifs so I will be using them. Also I took some liberties with this request, hope you enjoy @y0ujo !
For new people, Reader, or rather you, are Sumeru's second archon, and you monitor people's fate. Refer to my other work (Romantic Kaveh x male archon reader) here to understand more about what this looks like.

[Romantic Yandere] Alhaitham x Tired!Annoyed! Archon Male Reader: Humble Thyself (Part One)
--------------------------------
Alright. As an archon in charge of people's fates, you care for all of your people. You can't be detached. It's your responsibility to look out for them all and guide them onto the right path.
You know better than anyone that it can only take the right circumstances for someone's life to veer out of control and end badly.
Of course you can't interfere too much, seeing as how there's free will... but seeing the decisions your people make regardless, are way too entertaining.
HOWEVER.
There are a few mortals that make you regret the idea of free will- namely, the annoying ones.
Like the ones who decide to travel the DESERT unprepared and pass out from heat exhaustion halfway through their trek so you (while disguised) are forced to take them all the way to a statue of eight so they can recuperate.
Or the ones who go out of their way to bother the calm Sumpter Beasts or Risholand Tigers and then end are in turn, trampled or mauled before you step in (and that's to calm the animals). You've always been a large supporter of "fool around and find out", because some people do not, and will not learn until they've been bitten!
And ESPECIALLY the ones who ignore the many, MANY signs you place near the old relics that are unreliable and hazardous, and decide to venture out to them anyway.
It's one thing if it's pure ignorance, but often it is mortals who overestimate their capabilities and underestimate their susceptibility. They believe they can get themselves out of any situation and that things will "work out" somehow for them, and then you have to go and save them. It's dispiriting, but also your reason for living- so you do it and then complain to Nahida later while you two sit atop a shrine and stargaze.
That leads you to this moment. You're in the middle of feeding Sumeran gators when a shiver goes down your arm and you can feel it, one of your Dendro vision bearers are in trouble. You close your eyes and focus, trying to ping exactly where they are, and you see it, the green outline of a man near King Deshret's Temple. Above his head shines a clover 🍀, darkening rapidly, showing his fate is set to change for the worse any second now, should you choose not to interfere.
You groan as you begin to fly towards the location, complaining under your breath, "What's the point of putting up signs if no one ever listens to them!?" You shake your head and try not to get in a bad mood over it. Your mood also affects the fates of Sumerans with a sensitive constitution, and you don't want to risk losing the person you've set out to save.
When you get to the entrance of King Deshret's Temple, you quickly shed your archonic appearance and disguise yourself as a human, making yourself appear shorter than normal, and changing a few of your facial features.
It's night, so it is much harder to see, and it looks like the nearby torches have gone out. There's a loud concerning rumble that echoes loud enough for your ears to catch on.
Not great. Sounds like a collapse is imminent- you better get to the mortal and fast. You turn on elemental sight to track any Dendro traces and speed off in their direction.
It's not too long before you see him, a long, lanky mortal at the bottom of a very, very deep pit repeatedly pressing at the button of an elevator mechanism that doesn't appear to be working. The clover above his head continues to darken, showing that if you don't interfere fast, a bad fate (probably death) awaits him.
"I don't understand," you hear him say, "this should be working!"
Yes, it was definitely a good idea to trust the mechanisms within a centuries old relic site. People are so-
You breathe in through your nose, and exhale slowly.
You already went to all of the work of disguising yourself as a human, so you won't float down and pick him up. No, instead you'll do something else. You kneel by the edges of the pit, and you summon a long, sturdy vine, with which you tie one end around your stomach and throw the other down the hole.
"You there!" You yell, and the other, with ash-grey hair looks up in shock.
"What. Where did you come from?" The other asks, crossing his arms and WHAT- is this really what he wants to focus on right now? Trapped at the bottom of a pit!?
"I came to save you!" You shout, now even more annoyed at the man before you. Where is the panic?
"What?" He yells, looking at you with a suspicious expression, and you shake the vine that you've thrown down to him.
"Grab on; quickly now!" You command, and the other does as he is told, grabbing onto the vine with one hand, and thats when you spot it- his other arm cradled close to his chest, hand curled inwards. You frown in sympathy; the guy's injured. Shoot.
You were originally planning on scaring him by pulling him up and shaking the vine so that he thinks he may drop (just to emphasize the danger of the situation) but now that you know he is injured, he may actually fall so you hold back on that idea. (It's harsh but always gets the job done).
"Tie it around your waist!" You yell, and you watch him struggle to do so one-handed but manage to perform it eventually.
"I'm set. Pull me up!" The other calls out, and you're taken aback by his voice, clear, commanding, without a hint of desperation to be found. He's a lot more levelheaded than other people. You snap out of your stupor and get to it, pulling him up as soon as you can.
It's grueling, physical work, but it's not especially hard, since you are quite strong. Although this would've never happened if the other had just listened to the signs.
When you pull the man to the top, you feel the slightest of rumbles under your feet, and you just know there will be another collapse. He has barely righted himself and instead of rushing to thank you, he goes to question you instead.
"Who are-"
"Follow me; we have to get out of here. Now!" You bark at the other, before quickly dashing (at a human) speed towards the entrance, leaving him no choice but to follow.
As the two of you finally exit the temple, the ground you two were previously standing on opens up to form a huge crater. A small sense of satisfaction spreads in your chest at knowing that you got to him just in time- he would've been buried by now.
When you turn around to see him panting and catching his breath, you know him, because you know every Sumeran, but especially those who bear the Dendro Vision. He's Alhaitham.
"The Scribe," you say aloud, accidentally voicing your thoughts aloud. Alhaitham narrows his eyes at you.
"You know me," Alhaitham says, and you nod at him.
"I do," you confirm, and Alhaitham looks up at you, and gives you a once-over, and you watch him, bemused, wondering what the next words out of his mouth will be.
"You will not receive a ransom for me. One of my friends has millions in debt and none of my family are alive. My other friend has an expansive knowledge of poisons and the last is a general Mahamatra, who will seek justice on you, "he tells you dryly and. What happened to faith in humanity? You just saved his life!
"Wow! Okay," you respond, genuinely shocked, "I don't know how you came to the conclusion that I intend to kidnap you, but I'm not. I was simply passing by when I heard the Temple cave in and went to check for any survivors in the area when I saw you."
"Hmm," the other says, inspecting you from head to toe.
"While definitely Sumeran, your clothes are not typical of those who live in the desert, and there is no sigil or tattoo displaying your allegiance to any of the Eremite related mercenary groups. Before I went in to temple, I saw no existence of another person for quite the large distance, outside of Eremite or treasure hoarders. I don't understand how 'you were passing by' or why you decided to interfere, but seeing as how you are probably lying about passing by, and your recognition of my position it would make the most sense that you would want to extort me," Alhaitham reasons, and you realize that in order to get him to listen to you, you have to reach him in a way that is his language style: the language of logic.
There are people who typically dismiss information if it is presented to them in a superfluous manner or even a manner that makes an appeal to the emotions. Alhaitham it appears, may be one of those people. You crack your knuckles mentally. You got this in the bag.
"While I do understand that your argument is valid, it is however not sound, on the basis that the premises you have presented to me are not in fact true. While my clothes do not appear to be typical of living in the desert to you, that does not mean that I do not reside in the desert nor that these clothes are atypical for the desert. Unbeknownst to you, there is wind and more importantly, sand-resistant elemental energy weaved into the cloth. To confirm this, witness the lack of sand particles on my outfit," you stretch your arms out and Alhaitham regards you once more before nodding.
"As for your other point on not seeing anyone before you entered, you did not monitor outside the temple while you were inside I gather?"
Alhaitham nodded.
"Then there's no reason for you to contest my point of passing by because you cannot with certainty confirm or deny whether I did. As for your last point, if I truly wanted to extort you, it is entirely possible that I could've done so before helping you out. You would have been in no position to refuse," you point out, and you can see the suspicion fade from Alhaitham's face.
"I see," is all Alhaitham says, which must be his way of saying you're correct. This insufferable mortal- !!!
"No thanks needed for saving your life from certain death. Really," you tell him in a deadpan voice.
"Oh," he replies in a monotone voice, before responding halfheartedly, "Thank you, sir, for intervening. If not for you, I would surely be dead."
You nod, although you're not completely happy.
"Happy to be of service," you reply, eye twitching because of his dry delivery. It could not be more clear that your actions were not appreciated BUT. This is your duty. You have to take everything in stride.
"Well, then. I hope today has been a very important lesson- please avoid ancient relic sites. Things can go wrong very quickly, and it's not safe to venture out by yourself because they are dangerous," you lecture, and Alhaitham frowns.
"I have ventured to many ancient sites and had not been in danger. I have used the process of elimination beforehand to reduce any safety risks with great success prior to today. To claim that all ancient sites as 'dangerous' is an overinflation of today's situation," Alhaitham argues, and of course he's not agreeing like a good Sumeran! The research types can be so hardheaded.
"it is not. Just because you didn't encounter danger at the other sites does not mean they weren't dangerous. It could have just been that on the day you visited those sites, you were not fated to have a poor encounter," you eye the clover above his head which has now returned to its regular color, "I presume you place too much faith in your so-called 'process of elimination', and I warn you to take better care in the future. What are your next steps?"
"Well, first - " Alhaitham stops, then squints up at you. The sun has begun to rise, and with that means the unrelenting heat will soon return. It looks like Alhaitham doesn't even have enough supplies to last him, so you hide your hands behind your back and snap your fingers, urging a bit of a good fate his way.
Suddenly, the tumbleweed rolling by changes direction and rolls to Alhaitham before coming apart at his feet, revealing a water packet, a handkerchief, and fan. It's obviously the belongings of a traveler, and perfectly timed.
"Oh," Alhaitham picks up the supplies and examines them, "That's convenient."
"Yes," you agree awkwardly, because Alhaitham is smart and figure out you're not a normal traveler passing by. "You should get that arm looked at, and more importantly, stay away from old sites," you lecture. You're about to place your hand on his shoulder but then you consider his prickly attitude and think better of it.
"And what about you?" Alhaitham softly questions, and you're thrown for a moment.
"I'll be fine. Now go in peace, and not in pieces!" You remark, walking away from him and waiting for there to be a considerable amount of space between you two and teleporting back to your abode, shedding your human disguise with a sigh of relief. You're hoping this Alhaitham individual won't be a problem.
//
"No, I meant to ask, 'who are you?' " Alhaitham complains under his breath, as he watches you walk away. Too many details you presented him with don't make any sense and he's left with more questions than he started as he makes his trek to the nearest civilization. He has Mora to offer in exchange for the help of a healer or a doctor and if anything goes wrong, he can still fight. He was lucky enough to have injured his non-dominant hand.
However, as he's walking, Alhaitham comes across a new group of people he hadn't seen prior when headed to the temple. It shouldn't be possible since he is near the center of the desert which is where people tended to avoid, but yet, here they were.
The other Sumerans eye him with wariness but there is no outward aggression or hostility shown, and inwardly he sighs in relief.
"Hello, I do not wish to intrude, but do you have a healer who can lend me their services?" Alhaitham gestures to his injured hand, "I will reimburse you for services rendered, of course."
Later that night as he lays on a paid-for cot that is quite comfortable, Alhaitham allows himself to review the events of the day in his head, although of course, there is one part in particular he's stuck on.
Who are you?
How did you really know he was there? He never shouted for help.
Why did you help him?
Why did things start to go right after your appearance?
Were you really telling him the truth?
Too many unanswerable questions. Alhaitham should be satisfied though. He made leaps and bounds today in his understanding of King Deshret and his story.
A small part of Alhaitham shies away from the memory of his interaction with you earlier. While he had been right to suspect you at first... He does wish he had expressed his gratitude in a manner where you understood that he was sincere, because it's clear upon looking back that you were unimpressed and unconvinced of his sincerity.
If another opportunity raises where you save him, he will definitely adjust his response, but of course, the chances of that happening are slim.
...
Well, unless he tests a certain hypothesis...
One, that if he is correct, he will be seeing you around a lot more often. You have caught his interest, after all.

A/N: I accidentally POSTED this before it was done- I'll be working on that second part to this right away!
Thank you guys for the love on the previous stories. It feels so good! Love my readers but ESPECIALLY my followers (went up, we have hit the 50+ mark! This account is officially loved in people's eyes and I appreciate that). Don't ask me why I'm saying what I'm saying my brain is. It's something! It's working! ❤️🫵🏽
Hiyo! It's me again, about the Scaramouche/Wanderer x Fem Archon reader it can either be sfw or nsfw the specifics of the story is that they're old acquaintances that met before scara joined the fataui then later met again with him as wanderer
Forever and a Day
A/N: Thank you anon! I'm sorry for the inconvenience earlier, I just needed to make sure of the details before I started writing ehe. I meant to post this sooner, but the past few days have absolutely been chaotic for me and I had to step away from writing much to my dismay, but anyways, I absolutely love this idea! wishing you a happy Friday, I hope you enjoy it!
Summary: You and Scaramouche had been close before he joined the Fatui, back when he was known as Kabukimono. You were assigned to help Ei create her puppet, as you were a fellow archon. You were never told of the events that happened in the town where the furnace workers lived and, after Kabukimono had left what remained of the Raiden gokaden, he went missing. At least you thought until you meet someone on your journey with the infamous traveler centuries later.
Warnings: mild cussing, mentions of past death, !fem pronouns!, slightly angsty (dw dw i promise there's comfort T^T), I had to change some of the canon around for this, also even with as much research as I've done I haven't gotten this far in the game myself so I apologize if it's way too off the mark.
~~~~~~~~~~~
500 years.
It'd been 500 years since the fall of K'haenria.
It'd been 500 years since Ei created her puppet, the Raiden Shogun.
It'd been 500 years since you'd seen your friend Kabukimono.
You curse yourself for the incident, if you'd just been there Kabukimono wouldn't have left. He'd still be with you. He'd be happy with you. He wouldn't have run off. He would've been ok. You would've known he was ok.
Despite it having been centuries you couldn't release the fact that you blame yourself for him going missing. You missed him with your entirety of being. I mean you've known him almost since his creation. The electro archon, Ei, was someone you'd known for a long, long time.
You weren't particularly close with her, but you'd known her ambition enough to assist her in making a puppet body that would outlive her, granting her eternity as she so strived for.
During this journey of learning how to create puppets, someone special was created as a prototype. A young man left unnamed. You'd spend your days with him, teaching him, learning from him. You'd grown to be friends. even after Ei had sent him to the Shakkei pavilion, you'd still meet with him.
But that all feels so fuzzy now. It's been so long that you barely remembered his face. You could only remember the good days, the bad, and the accident.
Since then you'd left Inazuma, not wanting to be reminded of your old friend and not wanting to see the archon that had made you choose your work over him, without even allowing you to know what had happened, or even how it happened.
Spending time traveling all of teyvat for 500 years as an archon was interesting. You'd make some lovely friends in your time. Some close, others not so much. To be honest it was painful and numbing watching as the others had been growing old, getting to spend their lives with their loved ones while the one you'd give anything for just an hour with was archons knows where.
You started in liyue, exploring all the city had to offer, meeting the geo archon rex lapis again for the first time since the archon war. You'd spend time with him reliving good times.
Then you'd travel to Sumeru to explore the region. You weren't able to meet with the current archon due to her being in isolation. The cities and nature surrounding Sumeru were quite beautiful. the food, nature, and the atmosphere were all intoxicating.
The final stop in your journey and your most recent abode was in Mondstat, the city of freedom. you'd meet plenty of different people in this city and eventually you even met the infamous traveler. This is where your journey begins.
The months that followed were on and off in your journey. For parts of it, you and Aether (plus the emergency food) would venture together, and for some parts, you'd spend on your own.
You'd be with them while traveling through Sumeru city. It was a relatively peaceful day, the sun was just barely set leaving you, Aether, and Paimon in the bast of the evening. The air was cool and the breeze was gentle. You'd come back to permanently traveling with them as a result of an emergency not too long prior. You'd heard that someone named Scaramouche had recently tried to steal your old project partner and previous friend's gnosis, inevitably failing.
As you continued down the winding roads of merchant stands and stores, you spotted something familiar,
A little too familiar.
At first, you felt your eyes were deceiving you. Plenty of people wore that style of hat, hell you'd seen countless hats of the style. You did your best to ignore it, pushing that sliver of hope down as low as you could. Hoping and pleading it would die out, but curiosity got the better of you.
Aether seemed to notice your attention, pulling your hand back as soon as he noticed what you'd been looking at.
"You can't just go up to him. We don't know what he'll do.." Aether's tone was cautious and you could hear a hint of anxiety behind it as he warned.
You'd never felt so confused. Did Aether know him? Was this not Kabukimono? If not then who was this person who seemed to have the same hair, hat, height, and posture-
The more you'd think about it, the more you felt he was familiar. The more you thought he was just who you were hoping for. You pulled your hand from Aether's softly, giving him sympathetic eyes.
"Aether, I need to see if it's him. Please don't try and stop me."
And with that, you left the poor blonde and his flying emergency food paimon alone as you walked slowly towards the young man in a large blue hat with tassels and decor.
The walk felt like it went on forever, your heart beating in your chest, your legs feeling like they might collapse under the pressure at any given moment. All it would've taken was a little push and you'd tip over. Part of You wanted to do that, but you needed to know.
You'd take two more steps before he turned around, looking dead into your eyes. You were only out of arms reach, and you felt miles apart.
"K-Kabukimono?..." You felt your eyes fill with tears. boiling, painful, and godamn swollen tears. You weren't sure if it was joy or sadness.
The confused and startled look on his face told you enough. You felt hurt by his next statement in the way it stung under your skin.
"I'm sorry, you must have the wrong person. Miss are you alright?.."
His voice was timid and gentle. He was genuine and quite quiet. It made your heart clench. You'd begin letting the tears fall, try to catch them with your hand as best as you could to save yourself from the embarrassment.
"Well miss, I don't know who that is, but I wish you luck in finding them, Here's this. Please don't cry.." He handed you a soft napkin. One you recognized as the one he gave you back at the pavilion so many centuries ago. It was worn severely, but almost perfectly intact. The color was faded and the fabric was no longer as soft as it once was so long ago. "I apologize, this is all I have at the moment. I hope it will suffice. please do not worry about returning it, it's not a problem"
You'd nod taking the tissue, looking it over. Your initials had been engraved in small silver letters in the corner. You patted your eyes and took a moment to compose yourself.
"I'm sorry, you just...You look like an old companion of mine that I'd lost a long time ago." You flushed slightly at how broken your voice sounded. You pivoted your head to look anywhere except him subtly. That solely lasted a moment before you turned your head to face him directly in his sonorous blue eyes.
His regard softened as there was a beat of silence. He glanced at you with a hint of a smile and gentle eyes. You missed his eyes. You missed his smile. "I have to go harvest a few sunsettias, Would you care to join me? I may not be your lost friend, though I'd love to get to know more about him, and you as well."
You accepted his request, your heart fluttering in your chest. 500 years may make some forget the names and memories of even the closest companions, lovers, and soulmates. But for you, 500 years of what you thought would be endless searching really put into perspective just how much you truly loved him, and this time you wouldn't leave his side for a heartbeat.
A bitter smile falls from your lips as you take in the sights of Liyue’s vast scenery. It really has grown so very much since the Assembly’s destruction. Looking at how far it’s come, you can’t help but wonder if Guizhong would be proud of what the people had grown into. Though the thought is quickly dismissed, as you already knew the answer. She always did adore humans…
With a sigh you tear your eyes away from the sight of your beloved Liyue.
You knew that your time was short, far too short for explanations and lamentations. Far too short to make it clear to your adepti how much you appreciated them, not in person. You’d fled, locking yourself away. You’d prepared for this day for centuries; yet it felt almost surreal that it was truly here. The seals you had carved so long ago lit up with amber as the power that had been stored in them finally was unleashed, just as potent as it had been in your prime when you’d prepared them. As you were now, you knew that you wouldn’t be able to break them, not without your Gnosis. That’s precisely why you’d agreed to the Tsarita’s proposal. Liyue had begun to flourish apart from you, it did not need your guidance any longer.
Now you are unable to give that guidance whether you wished to or not. This seal was your final act, your last gift to the land you loved so much. Each and every factor has been meticulously scrutinized for decades, outcomes -however unlikely- had all been take into account and planned for.
The seal was your masterpiece.
It would also be your prison.
You had to ensure that you would not be able to exit it. For even the more resilient of stones will inevitably cave under time’s toll. Just as Azadha did, now you soon will. Already memories had begun to grow hazy, it had startled you when you had been speaking with Alatus about the past, only to realize in surprise that you could not recall the events clearly. It had been only a few months, moments really when compared to the lifespan of a god such as yourself, but you were certain now. What would it be like, you wonder, to lose yourself as your dear friend had? Will it be painful? Or perhaps you would simply not even notice until the very last vestiges of your sanity slipped away? Regardless, you were here now, the one place where you could be sure that you would not harm the land. The seal you had crafted for yourself was intricate, detailed, and powerful. Even if your maddened self were to be powerful enough to damage it; you would have forgotten the knowledge of how to operate it; and thus it would remain shut permanently. You had to make certain that you could not harm your people, your beloved nation, in your insanity. As an archon, you had shielded many from danger; and now you shielded them from yourself.
Clinging to the final thoughts of protecting your people, the seal that had waited deep within the earth for untold centuries finally completed its purpose. The whole of Teyvat’s people shudder as the roar of a dragon shakes the very earth, before falling into silence.
Within the captivity of your own making; you defended Liyue from its final danger;
