Aunt reader, chapter 2
“She’s not lying, she is my mother’s twin” Damian finally spoke up, it’s like the words were caught in his throat. It’s been years since he’s seen you.
It’s been years since he heard your voice.
“Nephew” you said, nodding your head to show acknowledge. One thing you were not expecting was for him to run up and hug you, yeah it’s been years since you’ve seen him. But even when he was younger he was never one for physical contact. Especially, in front of other people.
“I’ve missed you.” He said, his breath ragged and uneven.Damian had seen a lot of bad things in his life that a normal 15 year old should never see. All those years age, when he was 10. Wishing his auntie would come and swoop him up, and take him to those ‘ fancy vacations’ you talked about nonstop. 
All those late nights after patrol, crying him self to sleep. Trying to stop thinking if the worst.
All those times he tried stoping himself from thinking you were died, because no why his loving aunt would not talk to him for five years.
Not a letter.
Not a message..
Not even a voice mail…!
Not one visit, in five years…
But now? Here you were all your glory. 
Damian was thought since a young age to never show weekness, but all of that was thrown out the window when you showed yourself.
No words could elaborate how he felt in that very moment, his aunt who he hasn’t seen since coming to live with his father. Is staring at him, his second mother.
The second mother that showed him what love was.
Something Duke was not expecting to see was Damian’s mom, sitting comfortably. And drinking tea with Alfred, and the worst part? Mostly all of the family was jsut sitting there??
“Oh hey duke” Dick said flashing that price winning smile. Acting like he wasn’t staring down reader,even though Damian confirmed reader was not in fact he’s mother. Something about her was off, like a daughter of Ra’s just showing up?
And being friendly? Yeah something was off, and he was going to get to the bottom of it.
“Who’s, that?” Duke asked his curiosity taking the better of him. He’s only seen Talia a hand full of times, and that was mostly when she would come to pick Damian up.
But something about her this time seems different, not just her hair but also her personality ? It’s like she did a 360, but the last time he saw her was just a little over week age.
Who can change their personalities that quick? Unless… she was up to something!
Shit he had to tell somebody, and quickly. Bruce’s looks like he already thinking of having another kid with her! And no offense to Damien but Duke did not wanna see that happen.
“Oh um come on Duke I’ll tell you.” Tim muttered avoiding eye contact.
Um I js needed som to post really quickly, cuz I’m going to be busy making my friends bday gifts 😭 I Hope y’all understand<3 also js cuz ima be busy don’t mean my asks/requests are closed… and I’m trying to get more comfortable writing
