Owen comforts a Reader with anxiety headcanon

Owen finds you curled up on the sofa in the Hub, your knees drawn to your chest, head down, arms wrapped around your legs.
He coaxes you into a normal sitting position and tries to figure out what’s wrong, asking you questions, his voice gentle.
Your leg begins to bounce uncontrollably, a physical symptom of the anxiety. He gently puts a hand on your knee to halt the movement, explaining in a soft voice that it will only boost your adrenaline and make you feel worse.
He’s figured out by now that you’re having an anxiety attack, and attempts to snap you out of it with a couple of stupid jokes, grinning at you hopefully.
When he realizes the jokes aren’t working (or just aren’t actually funny), he sits up on the couch with you and opens his arms. You lean towards him and he envelopes you in a warm embrace, holding you close.
He strokes your hair and reassures you that everything will be okay, that the anxiety just makes it feel like the world is ending. He holds you and alternates between stroking your hair and arms, for as long as it takes until your trembles subside.
He eventually decides you must be starving so he orders a pizza, drags in an old TV he found elsewhere in the Hub, and the two of you curl up on the couch together, eating and watching a funny movie.
He continually and silently looks at you to check you’re doing okay, and when you’re finished eating he wraps his arms around you again, making you feel safe and secure.
