X-Ray :: How’s their health? Any problem areas? Do they take care of themselves?

as far as physical health is concerned:

Nasira loses half an arm. she never really gets any prosthetics for it.

Mahvir has hearing loss in her right ear, and is in fact missing a large chunk of it.

Alexa was literally brought back from death, so uhh... i’m sure there’s gonna be some problems there.

Uzoma is extremely shortsighted and has to wear glasses for it. not the best issue for a marksman to have, but she does well anyway.

Bethari’s right eye is damaged beyond repair, and she has vision problems related to that.

Sadora has a bad leg. at one point it got infected from her less than hygienic experiments.

Ritsika was rendered blind by explosives used during a centaur raid, and her face and part of her body is still covered in scars from it.

75:tell us about your pets!5: are you self-conscious of your smile?((A little bit, I guess. I never show my teeth when I smile because my teeth are smol and my smile just looks better when I don’t show my teeth))

10: do you sleep on your back, side, or stomach?((All of the above tbh. It depends on how I feel before I go to bed and whether or not I fall asleep while meditating. When I feel happy and snuggly I’ll curl up on my stomach, when I’m cold or sad I lay on my side, and if I’m anxious I’ll lay on my back to meditate and sometimes I fall asleep like that and have weird dreams =w= ))

15: go google a weird space fact and tell us what it is!((My favorite is the etymology of “astronaut”, which comes from two Greek words that mean “star” and “sailor”))

20: what's your favorite eye color?((Blue or brown tbh. There’s something really nice about super dark eyes >w< ))

25: what's the weirdest place you've ever broken into?((I’ve never broken into anywhere???????))

30: think of it: have you ever been truly scared?((Yes??? A lot?????? The time I was the most scared was probably one of the fights my family had, my dad went out and drove away and my mom came up and yelled at me that he wasn’t coming home and it was my fault. He DID come home the next afternoon and didn’t speak to anyone for a few days, but the night he left I didn’t sleep for a long time and I ended up sleeping on the floor between my bed and the wall because I didn’t feel safe sleeping on my bed for some reason??? It wasn’t the first or the last time my dad had left for the night after a fight with me or my mom, but it was definitely the scariest one for me.))

35: do you like stationary and pretty pens and so on? do you use them often?((I love pretty pens and stationary, but I never use the stationary because I never have a good reason to! But I love love love colorful cute pens :D my current favorite set is a set of sparkly scented gel pens I got from Barnes & Noble))

40:think of a piece of jewelry you own: what's it's story? does it have any meaning to you?((The two pieces that stick out the most to me are my dragon claw necklace and my dragon spinner ring. The necklace I got from the New York Renaissance Faire when I was in the 7th grade, and I’ve worn it almost every day since then. It’s become a bit of a comfort item, and I love playing with the little glass marble part of it when I get nervous or when I’m thinking. The dragon ring I also got from the Ren Faire, but I got it just a year or two ago. Two of my other friends also got matching ones, and to me it’s a nice little thing to feel closer to my friends when we’re all away at college))

45: do you trust your instincts a lot?((Yes and no. I try to, but I second-guess myself a lot of the time because I’m very unsure of everything in general.))

50: what's an odd thing you collect?((Not so much anymore, but when I was little I’d collect heart-shaped rocks. I love collecting rocks and crystals and I loved everything cute and heart-shaped, so whenever I’d go out for a walk I would look for heart-shaped rocks and bring them home. I don’t have the collection anymore because my parents were sick of me bringing rocks into the house, so my mom tossed them out into the garden and I dunno what happened to them.))

55: what's the most dramatic thing you've ever done to prove a point?((nothing, really. I don’t get into arguments that much, and when I do it’s usually with my parents so I can’t do anything too dramatic or they’d probably kill me lmao))

60: do you like poetry? what are some of your faves?((YES!!!!! Oh man, Emily Dickens is my favorite poet. I love her poems about nature, they’re so abstract and wonderful and I just love Emily Dickens, man. She was great and I am glad her poetry exists))

65: is there anyone you haven't seen in a long time who you'd love to hang out with?((I haven’t seen my friend Ronnie since like, August and it makes me so sad ;A; I miss her to bits because I know we won’t be able to hang out until probably May or June))

70: have you ever used a ouija board?((Nah, but I’d try it if I had the opportunity. The more I learn about ouija boards, the more I realize they’re not as scary/evil as people make them out to be. Like tbh I could probably use my tarot cards or pendulums to do the same thing as a ouija board))

75: tell us about your pets!((I have 2 guinea pigs and their names are Poppy and GIR. They are cute and squeaky and I love them. I got Poppy at the beginning of my sophomore year of high school, which makes her about 5 years old now! I wanted to get a pet that was soft and fuzzy that I could hold, because until we got Poppy I’d had a hamster when I was in 2nd grade that died and i was sad, and then we had fish and lizards but nothing soft and fluffy.

I was seeing a therapist at the time to help me with my self-harm and anxiety issues, and she thought it might be a good idea to get a pet as sort of a coping mechanism. My mom thought it was a great idea and was really supportive about it (she paid for Poppy and the cage and everything) but my dad was entirely against it, saying that letting me get a pet would be rewarding me for bad behavior and that I should have been punished for hurting myself instead.

Long story short: We got the guinea pig anyway, my brother decided a week later that he wanted a guinea pig too, so now we have two guinea pigs that are both technically mine because my brother doesn’t give a shit about the piggies and my dad continuously makes jokes about killing and eating my guinea pigs to the point where I have had actual nightmares and woke up to find that I’d been crying in my sleep because in my dream my dad killed my guinea pig out of spite.))

80: what color are your bedroom walls? did you choose that color? if so, why?((My bedroom walls are light blue. I kind of chose the color? My mom gave me a few options of things she’d be okay with having my room painted because we were painting a few rooms in the house anyway, and I liked the blue one because my other options were white and slightly off-white.))

85: do you read comics? what are your faves?((I do not read comics, but I kinda wanna read anything with Deadpool, Harley Quinn, or Wonder Woman! They’re my favorite comic book characters; I just never know where to start with reading comics.))

90: talk about your one of you favorite cities.((I have very little experience with actual cities, so I’ll talk about the one I’m currently in: Providence, RI. It’s a really nice place honestly. Kind of like a midway point between suburb and city, really. There are a LOT of restaurants, which is cool if you like trying a bunch of different kinds of food! I also like that most of the buildings aren’t huge and the streets are wide and normally have trees growing on the sidewalks. It’s really pretty and there are a lot of things to do!))

95: what are your plans for this weekend?((Friday: Either food shopping or D&DSaturday: Anime Club and more D&DSunday: Homework and possibly food shopping if I don’t go on Friday))

100: if you were presented with two buttons, one that allows you to go 5 years into the past, the other 5 years into the future, which one would you press? why?((Either the future one or neither button. You could not pay me any amount of money to go back to high school, but hey maybe in 5 years I’ll have my shit together and be living somewhere far away from my parents and I won’t want to die like 24/7))

1) Does your Inquisitor believe they are the Herald of Andraste?

certainly not. Nasira isn’t even Andrastian (she follows Rivaini traditional beliefs), and insists that people refrain from referring to her as the Herald.

4) Where does your Inquisitor spend most of their time in Haven? In Skyhold?

In Haven she sits near the edge of the training camp, occassionally watching the soliders train, occassionally looking out at the forest, sometimes joining in on training. In skyhold, she spends most of her time either in the garden, patrolling the walls of skyhold, or in ambassador montilyet’s office.

15) Who became the next Divine?

Vivienne became Divine Victoria, although I headcanon her rule a bit differently from the trainwreck that is Trespasser.

19) Do they take the time to hunt the dragons in Thedas or no?

Nasira hunts those that seem to be causing the most danger to civilians… and the ones Iron Bull begs to fight.

24) If Varric was to give your Inquisitor a nickname, what would it be?

Varric calls Nasira Shanks.

25) Does your Inquisitor have a preferred party to bring with them on adventures?

Cassandra, Vivienne and Iron Bull are the ones most frequently travelling with Nasira.
