Medill Ave., Chicago, IL 60647 10am to 6pm Rain or shine All submissions for participants will be voted on by suggestions and picked by the judges based upon quality of work as to ensure a high standard outcome and a challenging battle. Send your pictures and submission to: [email protected] Artists may be suggested as many times as they would like. Any suggestion can be made through social media - just follow @MomentumArtTech and comment with the suggestion of the artist. There is no geographic restrictions anyone is allowed to participate. We will pick alternate artists in case someone can't appear. If anybody that has been chosen arrives more than 30 minutes after the start of the battle, they will be disqualified and his alternate will begin. Winner will receive $1,000 in prizes including cash and paint (paint will be issued as a $500.00 gift card to the Momentum Art Store. $500.00 will be given as cash) Rules: every artist must use the space allotted to them. Artists will be allowed to use any medium of paint to complete their artwork. This is a one-day event. Every artist starts and finishes at the same time. Any artwork that is not completed by the allotted time will automatically be disqualified - no exceptions. All artists must do letters or a combination with characters - characters by themselves will not meet the challenge. All art work must be completed by one artist no tag-teaming or help will be allowed. Two members from the same crew will not be allowed. Participants must be present during judging.
