haya im not from the us

so how do ya make the pancakes so fluffy

ours look like this

(also why dont you add stuff to it like ,chocolate cream ,cinnamon and sugar , or just sugar , any kind of jam or fruit, and why is it a breakfast food and not a lunch or dinner)

*blink blink* Hmmm the internet says pancakes have either baking powder or baking soda as compared to crepes, to make 'em fluffy :)

And what!? Pancakes can have a ton of stuff on them! Maple syrup and butter is just really good.

Real Bread: Homemade Sourdough Bread This is just a simple sourdough bread: water plus bread flour plus spelt plus sourdough levain (1:5:5) Am getting better at this.
